1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CravingSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use CravingSpot.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor on CravingSpot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information including name, location, and hours
• Only upload photos that you own or have the right to use
• Not post false, misleading, or deceptive information about your business
• Keep your menu and pricing accurate
• Update your open/closed status to reflect your actual availability

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer on CravingSpot, you agree to:

• Only submit reviews based on genuine personal experiences
• Not post fake, spam, or abusive reviews
• Not harass, threaten, or intimidate vendors or other users
• Not misuse the favorites or reporting features

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any photos, reviews, or content you submit to CravingSpot. By uploading content, you grant CravingSpot a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the app to provide our services.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine to be harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the app without permission
• Impersonate other users, vendors, or CravingSpot staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers

7. Limitation of Liability

CravingSpot is a platform that connects street food vendors with customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of any food, products, or services offered by vendors.

Any transactions or interactions between customers and vendors are solely between those parties. CravingSpot is not a party to those transactions and is not liable for any disputes that arise from them.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
